This role is crucial in helping our clients and their partners integrate our platform smoothly and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Technical Support: Work with APIs, tools like Postman and Zapier, and manage advanced technical settings in the TRIFFT administration interface.
• Troubleshooting: Assist clients and their partners (POS systems, ERP, martech tools) with technical issues, providing deep technical insights and support.
• Implementation: Collaborate during the advanced sales stage to design integration blueprints and support implementation.
• Ongoing Support: Serve as an escalation point for technical troubleshooting during and after the implementation phase.

Relevant experience with B2B SaaS solutions, REST APIs, and basic coding (JS, HTML, SQL, ETL) is highly beneficial. A passion for learning new tools and an interest in working with code is essential.
